-Unfortunately, we are used to hearing that when a rotary engine lacks compression or when the engine is hot it no longer runs, it is enough to change the Apex Seals of the rotors. It is not so!

First of all, it is not only the Apex Seals, i.e. the apex seals, that create the compression, but also the corner seals and the side seals, i.e. all the compression seals to close the triangle of the rotor face.

There are many precautions for an excellent rebuild of a Wankel engine, one of these is the state of the chrome plating and whether the stators are perfectly flat, rather than the springs inside the rotors.

Our rebuilds include only original Mazda products and, upon customer request, high compression performance products, subject to premature wear of the stators, but also for this reason there are techniques to make an engine long-lived.

Our processing includes the following:

-Disassembly and reassembly, cleaning of the various external and internal components
-Painting of external parts upon customer request
-Replacement Apex Seals-Corner Seals-Side Seals
-Replacement of eccentric shaft "bushing" bearings and rotors
-Replacement of oil seals + rotor clips
-Replacement of stator water seals
-Oil Pump Replacement
-Water Pump Replacement
-Cleaning of oil injectors, stators + metric pump
-Replacement of all secondary seals
-Check Tolerances: Stators - Rotors, Eccentric Shaft
-New candles x4 L+T Original

A tamper-proof warranty seal is placed on all motors which can be removed after 12 months.
